3D Printed Custom Lamps
These 3D printed lamps draw inspiration from beloved cartoon characters such as Miffy and Winnie the Pooh. What once existed solely in digital form now takes on tangible form with remarkable detail and precision. This opens up an exciting new realm for designers and enthusiasts to delve into, inviting them to explore the creative possibilities that each lamp holds. Whether it's the charm of a cute cartoon character or the whimsy of a sculptural design, every lamp carries a unique and meaningful essence, resonating with individuals on a personal level.
The 3D modelling designs were taken from existing 3D model libraries like CGtrader and Thingiverse (links attached below)

After downloading the STL models, the models were imported into the Fusion360 platform. The models were shelled to hollow out the interior and a hole was extruded a hole to allow light to permeate through.
The next step involves exporting the 3D model as an STL file and carefully slicing it using Ulticura software before we dive into the 3D printing process. After printing, we add a personal touch by colouring the models with paint markers. To finish off, we attach them to a magnetic ring, ensuring they snugly fit onto the wooden light base for a simple yet effective display.
